Four principles,

We printed these, laminated them, and pinned them above the coffee machine. When a decision is hard, we walk to the coffee machine and reread them. So far they've held.
§ 01 · Truth
Quote the real price.
The price you see is the price you pay. Platform fee, delivery, VAT — itemised upfront, no mystery line items on the invoice. If we can't show the full cost, we don't show any of it.

Minutes, not days.
When a line is down, buyers lose thousands per hour. We measure ourselves against the stop-loss clock. First offers land in the buyer's inbox in as little as ten minutes.

Verify with boots on.
Every supplier is vetted before they quote. No LinkedIn-only vendors. No drop-shippers. Identity, phone and company checks on every seller account before the first request routes their way.

Sellers keep what sellers quote.
Sellers pay £0 — not to list, not to subscribe, not to payout. The buyer's flat 9.5% is our only revenue. We don't mark up sellers' quotes or take a cut. What they ask for is what they get.

A UK-based team split between HQ and a loose federation of home offices. Half have worked on a factory floor; the other half wish they had. We all pick up the phones.
