§ SELLER · TIER BENEFITS

Earn more,
ship faster,
see requests first.

Every accepted quote pays your quoted price plus any tier bonus. Your tier also sets your payment hold, your notification wave, and your daily alert cap — four levers, one Priority Score, automatic promotion as you fulfil.

§ TIER UNLOCKS · 4 DIMENSIONS

Four levers,
one Priority Score.

Your tier isn’t just a label — it’s a four-dimensional package that compounds. Bonus rate on every order, payment hold length, notification wave priority, and the number of alerts you see each day. Every dimension moves as you climb.

§ L.01 · BONUS +1% PREMIER ceiling · per order

Seller bonus.

Tier-driven percentage paid on every accepted quote, on top of your quoted part price. Funded out of GoFindPart’s gross margin — no platform fee is ever deducted from your payout.

§ L.02 · HOLD 48 h PREMIER / PREFERRED floor

Payment hold.

Time from buyer acceptance to payout. Base 48 h applies to PREMIER & PREFERRED; lower tiers add +1 to +7 days based on track record.

By tier: 48 / 48 / 72 / 120 / 216 h
§ L.03 · WAVE W1 First dibs on new requests

Notification wave.

Top tiers are notified first; lower tiers a short while later. Your tier sets where you sit in the queue for every new request.

§ L.04 · CAP Top Widest daily reach · PREMIER

Daily cap.

How many request notifications you receive per day. Higher tiers get a larger daily alert allowance — curbing alert fatigue at lower tiers while giving top-tier sellers the broadest pipeline.

§ CANONICAL TIER LADDER

Six tiers.
One Priority Score.

The full canonical ladder, top to bottom. Cross a threshold and your tier changes automatically, updated continuously as you fulfil. PREMIER is the only tier that requires admin confirmation; everything else is automatic.

New sellers: top tiers are notified first, and newer sellers see some requests a short while later while you build your record — the most urgent orders route to proven sellers first. Graduation to STANDARD is earned by consistent, reliable fulfilment over your first couple of weeks — see the promotion section below.

§ PRIORITY SCORE · 0–100

Six numbers,
one tier.

Your Priority Score is a blend of six operational measurements, updated continuously as you fulfil. There’s no subjective judgement, no admin scoring, no “vibe rating” — the same measures apply to every seller.

As your score crosses each band, your tier updates automatically. Drop a band, and you wait a grace period before demotion, so a single bad week doesn’t tank you.

Your score blends six things buyers care about — response speed, response rate, delivery reliability, acceptance rate, buyer rating and account health.

§ SCORE COMPONENTS
Response speedTime from notification to quote
Response rateHow reliably you reply to matching requests
Delivery reliabilityOn-time vs courier ETA
Acceptance rateHow often buyers select your quote
Buyer ratingLifetime rolling avg from completed reviews
Account healthVerification status & active penalties
§ UPDATED AS YOU FULFIL
§ TIER LIFECYCLE

How you move up.
How you stay.

NEW SELLER → STANDARD → PREFERRED are automatic the moment your score crosses the threshold. PREMIER requires admin confirmation on top of the score. A grace period prevents whipsaw demotion. Here’s the full lifecycle in three cards.

§ STAGE 01 · NEW SELLER → STANDARD

Graduation, automatic.

Every new seller starts as NEW SELLER. Graduation to STANDARD is earned by consistent, reliable fulfilment over your first couple of weeks — automatically, once you’ve built a track record.

 • +A handful of completed deliveriesOrders seen through to completion
 • +A couple of weeks tradingTime to establish a track record
 • +A healthy accountVerified, with no severe penalties
 • +A solid Priority ScoreReaching the STANDARD band
§ STAGE 02 · PREFERRED → PREMIER

Confirmation, by admin.

PREMIER is the only tier that requires a human in the loop. You become eligible on sustained top performance; admin then confirms or holds. Revocation triggers a 30-day cooldown before re-confirmation.

 • +A top-band scoreSustained, not a one-off spike
 • +A strong delivery recordConsistent lifetime fulfilment
 • +Excellent buyer ratingsLifetime rolling average
 • +A clean recent recordNo active penalties
§ STAGE 03 · DEMOTION & GRACE

One bad week, protected.

A single bad fulfilment doesn’t tank you. Tier boundaries use a grace period before demotion, so one bad week doesn’t cost you your tier. PAUSED is the only hard override — a safety hold that stops you instantly regardless of other factors.

 • ~Grace period before demotionOne bad week won’t cost you your tier
 • ~PREMIER re-confirmA recovering score doesn’t auto-restore it
 • ~Newer-seller protectionsEarly stumbles won’t sink your standing

§ SAMPLE PAYOUT · PREFERRED TIER

Real numbers.
One order, one payout.

Order GFP-9117: SKF spherical bearings, quoted at £284.00. Seller is PREFERRED tier. GoFindPart buys the part from you at your quoted price plus your tier bonus and resells the part on to the buyer; payout is released 48 hours after buyer acceptance.

Notifications go out by tier — top tiers are notified first, lower tiers a short while later. The same tier also sets your payment hold and your daily alert allowance, so climbing the ladder moves every lever at once.

§ FAQ · TIERS & BONUSES

Before you chase the score.

01 Is the bonus the only benefit of climbing tiers?
No — the bonus is one of four. Higher tiers also get a shorter payment hold (48 h vs up to 216 h at LIMITED), an earlier notification wave (top tiers are notified first), and a larger daily alert allowance. The four levers move together as your Priority Score crosses a band.
02 Who pays the seller bonus?
GoFindPart does. Under the merchant-of-record model GFP buys the part from you at your quoted price plus any tier bonus (so it lands in your payout) and resells the part to the buyer at an all-inclusive retail price. The gross margin between those two numbers — roughly 12.5–13% after bonuses — is GFP’s, and bonuses are funded out of it. No platform fee is ever deducted from your quoted price. For context, typical trade-distributor list markups run ~25%.
03 Is the gross margin calculated on the whole order including delivery?
No — only the part price. Delivery is platform-quoted live from five UK couriers across five speed tiers and sits on the buyer’s invoice separately. The 13% gross margin applies only to the quoted amount. Your tier bonus is also calculated on the part price only, never delivery.
04 How fast does my tier change after my score moves?
Your score is updated continuously as you fulfil. NEW SELLER → STANDARD → PREFERRED transitions happen automatically as you cross a threshold. PREMIER is the only tier that requires admin confirmation on top of hitting the score. Demotions use a grace period so one bad week doesn’t tank you — except PAUSED, which is instant as a safety override.
05 Why does NEW SELLER have two different wave assignments?
Urgency-sensitive routing. New sellers see most requests in the same wave as STANDARD, but the most urgent, SLA-critical orders route to proven sellers first — so line-down requests reach established sellers before newer ones. Once you graduate to STANDARD — earned by consistent, reliable fulfilment over your first couple of weeks — urgent requests reach you in the same wave as every other request.
06 Can I lose PREMIER for a performance dip?
Yes, via two distinct routes. Admin revocation clears your PREMIER confirmation and triggers a 30-day cooldown before you can be re-confirmed. A grace-period demotion also clears PREMIER but carries no cooldown — admin can re-confirm as soon as your performance recovers and the other criteria are met. A recovering score on its own never auto-restores PREMIER.
07 What’s the daily notification cap for?
Two reasons. First, it curbs alert fatigue at lower tiers — LIMITED sellers get a smaller allowance so the inbox stays manageable while you rebuild. Second, it concentrates volume on top performers: PREMIER gets the largest allowance, which keeps the platform’s best inventory at the front of every buyer’s queue. The allowance resets daily.
08 When is the bonus paid out?
It arrives in the same payout to your connected account as the order itself. The payout fires once the payment hold elapses — 48 h for PREMIER/PREFERRED, 72 h STANDARD, 120 h NEW SELLER, 216 h LIMITED — counted from buyer acceptance (manual) or auto-accept (48 h after delivery confirmation if the buyer doesn’t act). Bonuses are itemised on the seller receipt.
