What Counts as “On-Time”?
We measure pickup readiness fairly based on the commitment you make when submitting your offer. Here's exactly how it works:
Your Promised Ready Time
When you submit an offer, you specify when the order will be ready for pickup. This becomes your deadline.
Pickup Confirmation
When our courier or the buyer arrives, the order is collected. For buyer pickups, QR codes confirm the handover.
Grace Period
We allow a small buffer for unexpected delays. Orders ready within 15 minutes of your promised time still count as on-time.
No Penalties for Collection Delays
If the courier or buyer is late to collect, it won't count against your score — only your readiness matters.
