How Delivery Bonuses Work
Three simple steps from winning the request to receiving your bonus payment.
Win the Request
Post your offer and win. The buyer accepts your proposal and a 30-minute pickup/delivery timer starts. Complete delivery within the 24-hour delivery window to qualify for your tier bonus.
Delivery Confirmed
Buyer scans your QR code at delivery to confirm receipt, or the system auto-confirms 2 hours after delivery if the buyer takes no action. Either triggers the escrow release countdown.
Escrow Released + Bonus Paid
After your tier's hold period (48h for Elite/Priority, 72h for Standard, 120h for New Seller, 216h for Limited), funds are transferred to your Stripe account including your earned delivery bonus.

A higher score means a higher tier — and a higher tier means better bonuses and faster notifications.
Respond in under 60 seconds
Response speed carries a 25% weight in your score. Being first isn't everything, but it is heavily rewarded.
Maintain a high response rate
Accepting notifications but not responding hurts your response rate (20% weight). Ignore or dismiss requests you can't fulfil promptly.
Deliver on time, every time
Delivery reliability (20% weight) is your most controllable long-term score driver. Late deliveries have a lasting negative impact.
Ask for buyer reviews
Buyer ratings carry 15% of your score. A polite follow-up after delivery dramatically increases review rates.
