GoFindPart is built on trust between buyers and suppliers. Verification, escrow payments, and a transparent dispute process protect every transaction.
Supplier Verification
Every supplier account is company-verified. No anonymous listings.
- Company registration verified against Companies House records
- Business address validated before supplier profile is published
- Supplier terms must be accepted and acknowledged on registration
- Platform staff can suspend or close unverified or non-compliant accounts
Escrow-Protected Payments
Buyer funds are captured and held in escrow — suppliers are paid only after delivery is confirmed.
- Payment captured immediately when buyer accepts an offer
- Funds held by Stripe — not accessible to the seller until delivery is confirmed
- Automatic escrow release 2 hours after delivery if buyer takes no action
- Elite and Priority sellers release funds within 48 hours; others within 72–216 hours depending on tier
Dispute Resolution
Buyers can raise a dispute before escrow is released. Our team investigates within 48 hours.
- Buyers can open a dispute from within any active order before funds are released
- GoFindPart admin team investigates with access to both parties' evidence
- Payment remains frozen during an open dispute — neither party can access it
- Unresolved disputes can be escalated for expedited review
Seller Quality Controls
The priority scoring system ensures consistently poor sellers are demoted — not just reviewed.
- Priority score calculated from: response speed (25%), response rate (20%), delivery reliability (20%), win rate (15%), buyer rating (15%), and account health (5%)
- Sellers failing to maintain a score of 50 or above are moved to LIMITED tier and receive fewer requests
- Scores below 25 result in PAUSED status — the seller cannot receive new jobs or payouts
- Elite tier status (score 90–100) requires additional admin confirmation
Verified Buyer Reviews
All ratings come from confirmed buyers who completed a transaction through the platform.
- Reviews can only be submitted after a transaction is marked as completed
- Buyers rate on: part accuracy, communication, and delivery speed
- Suppliers cannot see buyer identity when responding to a review
- GoFindPart moderates reviews against our acceptable use policy
Delivery Integrity
QR-code delivery confirmation and digital tracking ensure handoffs are recorded on both sides.
- Pickup orders use a signed QR code handoff — both buyer and seller confirm the exchange
- QR codes are single-use and expire after the transaction window
- Delivery tracking status visible to both parties in real time
- Delivery confirmation timestamps are tamper-resistant audit records used in dispute resolution
