Posting a request is free — no signup, no subscription. Each quote shows one all-inclusive part price; delivery and VAT are itemised at checkout. GoFindPart is the supplier on your invoice, so there's one returns process and one support line — no separate platform fee on top, no listing fees, no per-seat pricing, no contracts.

£0 to sign up. £0 monthly. Sellers receive 100% of their quoted price — the default 13% GFP margin sits inside the buyer-facing price and is never deducted from your payout. Top-performing sellers earn a tier bonus of up to +1% on the quoted price, paid out with the order.

The margin, and only the margin. GoFindPart is the merchant of record — we buy the part from the seller at their quoted price and resell it to the buyer, with the default 13% margin folded into the buyer's all-inclusive price. Nothing is added at checkout, nothing is deducted from the seller's payout, and there are no listing fees or subscriptions on either side.

We target a first quote within 10 minutes of posting, with competing quotes building over the first hour. Same-day and 4-hr fulfilment options are available for standard stock items.

Opt into alternatives when you post and GoFindPart cross-references functional equivalents — the same manufacturer's successor line or a matched part from another brand — spec-checked against what you asked for. You review and approve every suggestion before sellers are notified, the fit is graded (drop-in, or needs-modification with the change spelled out), and when an equivalent needs its matching companion part, that's sized to the host and requestable in the same breath. All of it is included in the price — matching and compatibility checks are never a paid extra, and nothing is ever silently swapped.

Raise a dispute from the order view within 48 hours of delivery. Our ops team reviews within 48 hours. Our full refund and dispute cover applies — if the part is wrong, missing, or damaged, you're protected. Sellers who dispute above threshold are removed from the network.

The buyer does, at checkout. Pickup carries a flat £5 admin fee to cover verification and QR handover — you get a collection window and address. GFP delivery adds a flat logistics fee at checkout — you get a single arrival window. Either way, the seller only sees that the part needs to be ready by a specific time. Buyer and seller never interact directly.

The payout clock starts at confirmed delivery (or verified buyer collection), not before. Funds release after the 48-hour buyer acceptance window plus your tier’s hold — 48 hours at Preferred and Premier — then land in your connected payout account: standard T+2 working days, or optional instant payout with an instant-payout fee (charged by the payment provider, not GoFindPart) deducted from the amount. We do. Every seller passes identity, company, email and phone verification before they can quote, and payout identity is verified. Insurance cover is a contractual requirement of our seller terms, and sellers fulfilling critical orders face additional checks. Ongoing fulfilment quality is monitored — sellers below a threshold are paused automatically.

No. They never exchange names, addresses, or contact details. Buyers see quotes by price, estimated delivery, and rating. Sellers see the part, quantity, delivery postcode, and when it needs to be ready — nothing about who’s buying. GFP sits in the middle for collection, delivery, and payment.
