How much does it cost to post a request?
Posting a request is completely free. You only pay when you accept an offer. A 9.5% platform fee (minimum £0.50) is added to the part price at checkout.
How quickly will I receive offers?
Most buyers receive their first offer within 3–5 minutes of posting. For urgent (CRITICAL) requests, Priority and Elite sellers are notified first and respond immediately.
What if the part doesn't arrive or is wrong?
Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm delivery and accuracy. If there's an issue, you can raise a dispute before funds are released.
Are suppliers verified?
Yes. All suppliers are verified against Companies House records. Each seller has a publicly visible priority score and buyer reviews.

Do I pay to sign up or list parts?
No. Creating a supplier account is free and there are no listing fees. We charge a small commission only when you successfully complete a sale.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are released via Stripe after the buyer confirms delivery. Elite and Priority sellers receive funds within 48 hours. Standard sellers within 72 hours.
How do I increase my priority tier?
Your tier is based on your priority score — calculated from response speed, delivery reliability, win rate, and buyer ratings. A higher score means earlier notifications and faster payouts.
What happens if a buyer doesn't confirm delivery?
If the buyer takes no action within 2 hours of delivery, the platform automatically confirms receipt and triggers the payout process.
