Posting a request is free — no signup, no subscription. When you accept an offer, GFP charges a flat 9.5% on the purchase price. That's it. No listing fees, no per-seat pricing, no contracts.
£0 to sign up. £0 monthly. The 9.5% platform fee is paid by the buyer, not by you. Suppliers who fulfil in under 12 hours earn a +0.5% speed bonus on the quoted price, paid out with the order.
First offer arrives in under 10 minutes on average. Most requests have 4–8 competing offers within the first hour. Same-day and 4-hr fulfilment options are common for standard stock items.
Raise a dispute from the order view. Our ops team reviews within 24 hours. Stripe's full refund and dispute cover applies — if the part is wrong, missing, or damaged, you're protected. Suppliers who dispute above threshold are removed from the network.
The buyer does, at checkout. Pickup is free — you get a collection window and address. GFP delivery adds a flat logistics fee at checkout — you get a single arrival window. Either way, the seller only sees that the part needs to be ready by a specific time. Buyer and seller never interact directly.
Payout starts the moment the part is collected (or picked up by the buyer). Standard: T+2 working days to your bank via Stripe Connect. Express payout (next-day) available on request. Monthly VAT-ready statements downloadable from your dashboard.
We do. Every supplier goes through company number check, VAT validation, insurance certificate review, and two trade references before going live. Most approvals take 48 hours. Ongoing fulfilment quality is monitored — suppliers below a threshold are paused automatically.
