What is the 9.5% platform fee?
The platform fee covers transaction processing, escrow management, dispute resolution, and platform operations. It is calculated on the part price only (not delivery costs) and has a minimum charge of £0.50.
Is there a subscription or membership fee?
No. Posting part requests is completely free. You only pay the platform fee when you accept a supplier's offer. There is no subscription, monthly fee, or credit system.
What if I choose to pick up the part myself?
If you select pickup rather than delivery, a £5.00 pickup administration fee is added to your order. This covers QR-code handoff verification and associated processing.
Are delivery costs included in the platform fee?
No. Delivery charges are separate and quoted by the supplier. GoFindPart applies a delivery markup of between 5–20% on the delivery amount to cover logistics coordination and dispute coverage, capped at £50.

Does GoFindPart charge me to receive job notifications?
No. Receiving and responding to part requests is completely free.
When does the commission come out?
The platform fee is deducted from your payout automatically. You set your offer price; the buyer pays that price plus the platform fee on top. Your payout is the offer price minus any applicable deductions.
What is the seller bonus?
Elite, Priority, and Standard sellers receive a small bonus on each completed order as a reward for reliable service. The bonus is credited to your Stripe balance alongside your payout.
How do I reach Elite tier?
Elite tier requires a priority score of 90–100 points and admin confirmation. Your score is calculated from response speed, win rate, delivery reliability, and buyer ratings.
