Before you budget.

Everything that turns a posted request into a paid, delivered order: matching your request to up to 24 suppliers, running the offer board, Stripe checkout & escrow, 24-hour dispute review, full refund cover, the signed audit log, monthly VAT statements, and GFP support. Nothing is a paid add-on.
On top. The 9.5% is calculated against the supplier's net quote price. VAT at 20% is applied to the full subtotal (parts + GFP fee + delivery) at checkout. See the worked example at the top of this page — every line is broken out.
Not on the buyer side — 9.5% is the same whether you post one request a year or a thousand. On the seller side, the bonus ladder effectively rewards volume by rewarding performance: consistent speed, high rating, and top-10% fulfilment rate stack up to +1.0% on every order. Suppliers can always quote keener to win against the network.
We don't set a tariff. GFP is plugged into multiple couriers — Gophr and Stuart for same-day express, CitySprint and DPD for 1–2 day, DPD and Yodel for 2–5 day economy — and pulls live rates the moment the buyer hits checkout. You see one option per delivery window (ASAP, by-time today, 1–2 days, 2–3 days, 2–5 days), and that option is the fastest-and-cheapest for your specific parcel at that moment. Zero mark-up; GFP's fee is the 9.5% platform charge, not the delivery margin.
No standard fees. Signup, verification, monthly, per-seat, listing, placement, and Stripe processing are all £0. Performance bonuses are positive — they pay you. Funds are held briefly after delivery (48h minimum for Elite, up to 216h for Limited tier) before release to your Stripe Connect account — standard payout is T+2 working days once released. The only optional cost is a 0.5% fee on express (next-day) payouts.
The 9.5% holds at any order size. For approved trade accounts we offer 30-day invoice terms instead of card-at-checkout — same fee, different settlement. For strategic supply programmes (single-source contracts, framework agreements), talk to us directly — fees can be negotiated against committed volume, but that sits outside the standard marketplace.
Three edge-case charges, all disclosed up front: a £25 cancellation fee if an order is cancelled after the seller has accepted it (and only then); a £50 change-of-destination fee if the buyer moves the delivery address after a courier has been booked; and a £5 pickup admin fee on buyer-collection orders to cover verification & handover. No other surprise line-items — what you see on this page is the whole schedule.
