Everything that turns a posted request into a paid, delivered order: matching your request to vetted, stocking sellers, running the quote board, smart alternative matching with spec-by-spec compatibility checks when the exact part is scarce (companion parts sized to the host included), secure checkout & payment hold, dispute review, full refund cover, warranty claims administration, the signed audit log, monthly VAT statements, and UK support. Nothing is a paid add-on. The price you see on the quote is the price you pay for the part — delivery and VAT are itemised at checkout.

The margin, and only the margin. GFP is the merchant of record — we buy the part from the seller at their quoted price and resell it to you, with our 13% standard margin folded into the single all-inclusive price. Nothing is added at checkout, nothing comes out of the seller's payout, and there are no listing fees, subscriptions or seat pricing on either side. Because we are. GFP is the merchant of record for every order — we contract with you, you contract with us. One invoice, one returns process, one support line, no matter how many sellers fulfil behind the scenes. Vetted sellers quote to fulfil your request; GFP handles the procurement, payment, and aftercare so you don't have to manage a relationship with each one.

Not on the buyer side — the same all-inclusive pricing applies whether you post one request a year or a thousand. For approved trade accounts (limited companies and LLPs) we offer 30-day invoice terms instead of card-at-checkout. For strategic supply programmes (single-source contracts, framework agreements), talk to us directly — terms can be negotiated against committed volume, but that sits outside the standard marketplace.

We don't set a tariff. GFP is plugged into a pool of vetted couriers — dedicated same-day express riders and vans, next-day national parcel networks, and lowest-cost economy carriers — and pulls live rates the moment you hit checkout. You see one option per delivery window (ASAP, by-time today, 1–2 days, 2–3 days, 2–5 days), and that option is the fastest-and-cheapest for your specific parcel at that moment. Delivery is itemised on the invoice separately from the part price.

No standard fees. Signup, verification, monthly, per-seat, listing, placement, and card processing are all £0. Sellers receive 100% of their quoted price plus any tier bonus — the 13% GFP margin sits inside the price the buyer pays, never deducted from the seller's payout. Performance bonuses are positive — they pay you. Standard payout is T+2 working days at no cost. The one optional cost is an instant payout, where an instant-payout fee (charged by the payment provider, not GoFindPart) is deducted from the amount — GFP adds nothing.
