How do I report a supplier or buyer?

You can raise a dispute from within any order on the platform. For urgent conduct issues, please email support@gofindpart.com with the username and a description of the incident.

My payment was captured but the order wasn't fulfilled. What happens?

Your payment is held in escrow and is never released to the supplier until you confirm delivery. If a seller fails to fulfil, you can open a dispute and your payment will be refunded.

How do I escalate an open dispute?

If your dispute isn't resolved within 48 hours, you can escalate it to our admin team from within the dispute screen, or email disputes@gofindpart.com.

I want to verify my company. How long does it take?

Company verification is automated via Companies House API and usually completes within minutes. If verification fails, our team will review your documents within 1 business day.

Can I use GoFindPart for personal (non-business) purchases?

GoFindPart is a B2B marketplace. All accounts must be associated with a registered UK company. We do not support personal consumer purchases.

How do I close my account?

You can request account deletion from your account settings page. Alternatively, email support@gofindpart.com. Please note that transaction records are retained for 7 years to meet legal requirements.
