Key benefits: Buyers are protected against non-delivery. Sellers are guaranteed payment upon confirmed delivery. Disputes are handled fairly through our resolution process. All payments are processed securely and paid out to sellers' connected accounts.
We are pleased to announce that every transaction on GoFindPart is now protected by our secure payment protection system. This represents a fundamental commitment to trust and security on our platform.
How Payment Protection Works
When a buyer accepts an offer, payment is collected and held securely by our payment provider. The funds are not released to the seller until the buyer confirms receipt of the correct part. This protects both parties: buyers know their money is safe until they have the part in hand, and sellers know the funds are committed and waiting.
Success
The Payment Hold Timeline
Once a part is marked as delivered, the buyer has a 48-hour confirmation window to inspect the part and confirm it matches the order. If everything is correct, funds are released to the seller. If there is an issue, the buyer can raise a dispute, and our team will review the case. After the confirmation window expires without action, funds are automatically released.
What This Means for Pricing
Payment protection is included on every transaction at no extra charge. Buyers see one all-in price per offer — the price you see is the price you pay, with delivery and VAT itemised clearly at checkout. Sellers see exactly what they will be paid before they submit an offer. No hidden charges on either side.
Trade With Confidence
Every transaction on GoFindPart is protected by secure payment protection.
Create Your AccountBuilding Trust in B2B Procurement Platforms
Trust is the foundation of any procurement platform. In B2B industrial parts, where individual transactions can involve significant sums and critical equipment, this trust must be backed by robust systems. Payment protection is one of several measures we have implemented, alongside supplier verification, rating systems, and dispute resolution processes.
